How do you ship the area rugs?
Our area rugs are shipped rolled up in plastic and package properly to ensure they arrive intact to the final destination. Unlike other retailers, we do not fold our area rugs.
If my area rug has a crease, how can I get rid of them?
It is very simple and easy to get rid of any crease on your rug. Just rolled the rug the opposite way (design facing outside) for one or two days and the crease should disappear.
I just received my area rug and it has a manufacture defect what should I do?
If you received a rug damaged by shipping or with a manufacture defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the rug for free.
How can I clean my area rug?
cleaning one of our rug is very simple, since our rugs fibers are resistant to soiling and stains, You do not need to hire a carpet cleaner or put the rug in the washing machine. If you rug has a stain, it will come right off using light detergent like a "carpet cleaner" or dishwasher soap. To keep the area rug looking like new we recommend vacuuming the rug one to two times a week.
Are your area rugs safe for kids and pets?
Yes, our rugs does not contain any chemicals that can affect the health of child or pet.
Do your area rugs shed?
Our area rugs are constructed using high quality enhanced polypropylene fibers. None of our rugs will shed apart.
Does your area rugs required a pad?
It all depends on the type of floor you have, but our rugs are not light enough to slip around or abuse your floor, In most cases a pad is not needed.
What company do you use to ship the area rugs?
We use FedEx ground to ship all area rugs. A FedEx tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is processed.
How much will I pay for shipping?
All our area rugs are shipped for free. You will not be billed for shipping.
Will I have to pay for the return shipping if I decide to return my item?
Yes, unless the area rug have any manufacture defect or you received the incorrect rug, you will have to pay to ship it back to us for a full refund. We recommend using U.S.P.S or FedEx to get the best shipping rate.
