How do you ship the area rugs?
Our area rugs are shipped rolled up in plastic and package properly to ensure they arrive intact to the final destination. Unlike other retailers, we do not fold our area rugs.


What company do you use to ship the area rugs?
We use FedEx Ground. After your order is process you will receive a tracking number via email.

How much will I pay for shipping?
All our rugs are shipped for free. You will not pay a dime for shipping.

Will I have to pay for the return shipping if I decide to return my item?
Yes, unless the area rug have any manufacture defect you will have to pay to ship it back to us for a full refund.

How much will return shipping cost?
The return shipping cost varies depending on the size and weight of the item being returned. We suggest that you obtain a shipping quote by contacting your local UPS, FedEx, or USPS facility.

How long will it takes to process my order?
It takes one to two business days at the latest to process any new orders. When your order gets process you will receive a tracking number via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, our in stock items usually leaves our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Once the order has been processed, a tracking number will be emailed to your email address with an estimated delivery date.

What type of payments are accepted?
We accept all type of credit cards and also accept payments via PayPal.

We have a 30 day return policy on all of our items. Your return policy begins the day your merchandise is delivered. Return shipping cost(s) are the responsibility of the customer; please contact us for a return authorization number.

To return an item, you must first request a return authorization number. You may begin the return process by contacting our office by phone or email.

Do you ship to APO or P.O. boxes?
No. Unfortunately, our shipping carriers do not deliver to APO or P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship internationally.
